 "faq": [
  {
   "q": "How do you price a project?",
   "a": "We quote per project — number of viewpoints, amount of modelling, timing, depth of AI post-production. Before work starts you get a modular quote with transparent lines: what is included, what can be added, what can be dropped. We unpack the brief on a call and send the numbers within one to two working days."
  },
  {
   "q": "How long do projects take?",
   "a": "It depends on scope. A single exterior render is around a week. A package of five to eight viewpoints, two to three weeks. A promotional film, four to eight weeks. Exact dates are fixed in the contract, stage by stage."
  },
  {
   "q": "How many revisions are included?",
   "a": "Two rounds of preview revisions within the agreed brief are included (this varies by service). We adjust colour, furniture, planting and the placement of people free of charge. Changing the camera angle, altering facade geometry or replacing approved materials is priced separately and agreed first. The boundaries are written into the contract before we start."
  },
  {
   "q": "Do you work with BIM?",
   "a": "Yes. We accept Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, DWG and PLN. Our modellers optimise the model for 3DS Max while keeping the link to the source. If the architect issues revisions, we pull them into the scene rather than rebuilding from scratch."
  },
  {
   "q": "What about NDA and protecting our material?",
   "a": "We sign our standard NDA or work to your form. Material sent through the site is covered by the confidentiality commitment published on this site — files are not passed to third parties. Storage is on secure servers with access logging. Artists and modellers each sign a personal NDA. After delivery, material is deleted on request or after 90 days."
  },
  {
   "q": "Who owns the source files (PSD, 3D scenes)?",
   "a": "We deliver final JPG and TIFF. Handing over 3DS Max sources is optional and written into the contract."
