Photoreal3d ("the Studio", "we") operates photoreal3d.com. This notice explains what personal data we collect through the site and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you send a request or book a call, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, and any project material you attach. The site also collects basic technical data (pages visited, approximate location by IP) for aggregate analytics.
How we use it
Contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and carry out work you commission. Project material is used only to assess and deliver your project — see our confidentiality undertaking. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on secure servers with access logging. Project material is deleted at your request or 90 days after the project is delivered. Contact details from enquiries are kept while the business relationship remains active.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@photoreal3d.com — we reply within 30 days at the latest.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand traffic. We do not run advertising trackers.
